We take reasonable care to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, from time to time, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or shipping information.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time (including after an order has been submitted). If an error affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note some garments may be pre-washed prior to sale.

6.1 Deadstock fabric disclaimer

Some ZERO18 products are made using deadstock fabrics—surplus materials that would otherwise go to landfill. Because these fabrics often lack full technical documentation:

  • Exact fibre composition cannot always be confirmed with 100% certainty.
  • Best-estimate compositions are provided on product pages and care labels.
  • By purchasing a deadstock product, you acknowledge and accept that actual fibre content may differ slightly from what is stated.

ZERO18 LTD cannot be held liable for inaccuracies in fibre composition for deadstock fabric products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Ordering

When placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. ZERO18 LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.

8. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering, using accepted methods at checkout.
  • Prices may be updated at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already placed.

9. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are detailed at checkout and on our Delivery & Returns page.

ZERO18 LTD is not responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier delays, Royal Mail issues, strikes, or adverse weather conditions.

10. Sustainability claims & environmental information

We aim to provide accurate and transparent information regarding our sustainability practices. Any sustainability-related claims — including those relating to deadstock fabrics, waste reduction, or eco-friendly processes — are based on available information at the time.

Because supply chains for deadstock materials can vary, all sustainability statements should be understood as general guidance rather than absolute guarantees.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

11. Force majeure

ZERO18 LTD is not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Strikes or industrial action.
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest.
  • Failures of third-party service providers (including couriers).
  • Power outages or technical failures.

In such circumstances, we may suspend or cancel affected orders and will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Complaints procedure

We aim to provide excellent service. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@zero18.com.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it promptly.

13. Returns & refunds

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Returns are inspected on arrival.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Allow up to 14 days for funds to appear.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Order cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been packed for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible — you may still return the item using our standard returns process.

14. Faulty or incorrect items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and full details. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

15. Intellectual property

All logos, product names, designs, and website content are the property of ZERO18 LTD. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

16. Limitation of liability

ZERO18 LTD is not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies in fibre composition arising from deadstock fabrics.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Email may be used for communications, notifications, and billing. We will never ask for passwords, payment details, or personal information via email. If you receive a suspicious email, do not respond — contact us immediately.

20. Account registration

ZERO18 LTD may suspend or terminate your account without notice if payments are not made, you breach these Terms, you fail to provide requested identity information, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
