Hi, I'm Fiona.
Born and raised in London, I made the move with my family to Devon, several years ago, via a short stint in Surrey.
Now I’m surrounded by the beauty of the rolling hills, yet close enough to the sea to escape there whenever I need the peace and re-set that the coast brings me.
Where it all began
Exercise has always been a big part of my life. I've always loved the feeling it gave me, the friends I made and being part of something.
But when I became a mother, it became something deeper. I experienced postnatal depression after the birth of each of my children. During this time I discovered running and suddenly it became my lifeline.
It wasn’t about fitness or appearance - it was about headspace. Freedom. Calm. The chance to just breathe.
From running through the storms to creating ZERO18
Running has carried me through some of life’s hardest chapters - from postnatal depression to starting a new life in Devon, losing my dad, and navigating divorce. It’s never failed me.
In 2021, when my eldest daughter was hospitalised with anorexia, everything stopped - running, work, all of it. ZERO18 was just an idea back then - a quiet seed planted, waiting for the right time to grow.
In time, I found my way back to running. I learnt to balance my needs with the needs of my daughter and her siblings. Training for local races like The Grizzly gave me the headspace I desperately needed, and the confidence to take on even bigger challenges. It helped ground me when life felt overwhelming and reminded me how strong I could be.
ZERO18 grew from that strength - from movement, resilience, and the belief that exercise can do so much more than change how we look. It can change how we feel.
Running has always been my lifeline - and it’s the heartbeat of ZERO18.
Our first collection may be small, but it is mighty - and this is just the beginning. Behind the scenes, we’re working on new designs and ideas to share with you soon.
ZERO18 was born from challenge, strength, and purpose. And I couldn’t be prouder to share it with you.
